TROUBLE....
I have talked to some people and asked them why they choose to get myspace. Most of them answer by saying that it is just a way to be in touch with friends, others to find dates, many just because everyone else has one and some to keep an eye on certain people. How weird!! See i understand the ones who want to keep in touch with friends from out of town or family members, but why does it become a time consuming, addictive process? Every day i am in a classroom or at a library, i am surprised and amazed at how many people are doing nothing else but checking myspace. Every single computer with the exception of like 2 from 30 people, have myspace profiles on their computer screen. It really does seem pathetic after a while. Honestly, it just makes you think, don't these people have anything better to do than to be checking peoples pictures who at times they don't even know. Again, this doesn't apply to everyone only to those who surround their lives with MYSPACE. I have a friend who doesn't own a computer and drives to the universities library just to be on myspace for about four hours. How lame is that? I told him he was crazy, has he not checked gas prices??? Then you have little 13, 14 year old girls and boys with myspace profiles and slutty pictures or just bad imaging things. How much worst could this get? There was a little 14 year old girl just asking to be targeted by a pedophiler because she would had pictures that were provocative. Who are this little girls and where are their parents. Has anyone ever heard of reading? Or for that matter, TV, anything better than promoting yourself to all sorts of weird people. My space is dangerous!!!
